Account Coordinator

Can you help? We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to help our Account Services team implement marketing plans for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to dive in head first in strategic planning, communication, and organization to keep our clients looking good. Are you forward-thinking? A planner?

How’s your communication? (Now’s a great time to show it off.) Why’s it important to be able to let clients know what’s up, and also be able to keep the internal team up to speed?

Are you organized? Can you keep track of multiple projects at once? Keeping all the plates spinning is crucial – and there are a lot of plates!

Would your past coworkers call you a team player? We’re a small agency, and nobody has time to say “that’s not my job.”

The stuff you’ll do:

  • Support the account team across multiple clients and projects
  • Help manage client project deadlines and build schedules
  • Own ongoing client research and competitive analysis
  • Work to understand each client’s brand inside and out
  • Manage internal time, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Be proactive and make sure things are moving forward
  • Help support new business efforts
  • Take great notes

Now, the stuff you’re looking for: This is a full-time position. We offer a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonuses, major medical benefits, paid vacation accrual, retirement, and ongoing professional development.

And diversity matters, so we encourage women, LGBTQ+, and candidates of color to apply.

Account Executive / Account Strategist

Are you experienced? Not in the Jimi Hendrix way but, say, 2-3 years of experience working with clients in marketing roles?

Can you develop integrated marketing campaigns? Manage an account? Keep clients happy and projects moving?

We want to talk to you.

Tell us how you build strategies and marketing programs that exceed expectations and stick to the budget.

Tell us why strong communication matters on the client side AND internally. (And show off some of those communication skills when you tell us.)

Tell us you’re detail-oriented, but everyone tells us that, so maybe tell us you know why that matters and how it has worked for you in the past.

Tell us that you’re the kind of person who’s able to work independently. We’re small. You’re going to have to hold your own hand sometimes. And yeah, everyone’s a team player come interview time, but would your past coworkers agree?

Oh, and do you have agency experience? It’s not a must, but it’s a nice-to-have.

The stuff you’ll do:

  • Build client relationships and be their most adamant agency ambassador
  • Project manage work between the client and our creative team
  • Develop strategy and ideas around opportunities and planning
  • Be the brand enforcer for each of your clients, ensuring things align with brand guides
  • Manage client/project budgets and internal time management
  • Be proactive and make sure things are moving forward
  • Work on new business pitches
  • Organically grow existing client business
