Cleveland is a native New Orleanian, an alumna of the University of New Orleans, and has more than 17 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, and event production. He founded the Spears Group in July of 2008 with a small staff that has grown to seventeen full time employees and a client roster of global businesses and non-profits.

A husband, father, and a strategist, Cleveland leads the agency’s trajectory as the President and CEO. He thrives in business development and creating a diverse base of relationships from which the agency draws inspiration. In addition to the Spears Group, Cleveland leads our events team, Festivals for Good, as well as sits on several community boards.
