Job Description
The Account Manager (Manager) is a highly skilled professional that is pivotal in the shaping and executing of marketing strategies of our diverse clientele. Manager will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive communications programs, involving communications tactics that support the overall strategy, position, and vision of our clients, including but not limited to establishing unified multi-faceted marketing strategies, media and community outreach and crisis communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies and campaigns that integrate advertising, public relations, sales, paid media, social media marketing, etc.
- Shape the strategic vision for marketing and brand communications across multiple channels
- Understand, synthesize, and communicate artfully about complex and nuanced topics
- Directly lead and manage comprehensive communications strategies to support client brand goals
- Execute broad range of tactical activities supporting overall strategic communications goals
- Manage the collaborative process of working with team members, client, vendors, etc.
- Function as day-to-day client liaison for the agency with minimal supervision, managing the multiple facets of the client relationship
- Diligently and accurately manage internal and external timelines, deliverables, resources, and budget
- Review and provide quality control for all deliverables including final review of all creative output, press releases, strategy documents, etc.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or another related field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong management skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Previous experience working with the media, with previous media relationships preferred
- Ability to develop, maintain and promote professional and respectful working relationships with co-workers, clients, members of the media
Compensation:

The Special Events Project Director is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for the planning, execution, and success of large-scale events, festivals, and branded experiences. This role oversees all aspects of event management — from creative development and logistics to sponsor relations and on-site production — ensuring each project delivers exceptional experiences that align with client goals and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate is a visionary project manager with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact events from concept to completion. They thrive in fast-paced environments, balance creativity with precision, and excel at building strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, and community partners.
Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events, festivals, and corporate experiences.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, and production plans that align with organizational and client objectives.
- Oversee budgets, ensuring financial accountability and maximizing ROI for both clients and sponsors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure cohesive event branding and delivery.
Project & Team Management
- Direct event teams, vendors, and contractors through detailed project plans, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Establish and manage workflows, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and projects stay on track.
- Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and maintain calm under pressure in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Sponsorship & Partnership Management
- Develop and manage sponsor relationships, from acquisition and contract negotiation to activation and post-event reporting
- Work closely with partners to ensure brand integration and fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverables
- Identify new partnership opportunities that enhance event impact and community engagement.
Event Execution & Production
- Lead all on-site event operations, including setup, production schedules, and event-day management
- Ensure compliance with all safety, permitting, and vendor requirements.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality attendee and partner experience that reflects brand excellence.
Post-Event Evaluation
- Conduct post-event assessments, including budget reconciliation, ROI analysis, and impact reporting
- Gather stakeholder feedback and apply learnings to future projects for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale events, festivals, or experiential marketing projects.
- Demonstrated success in sponsorship management, brand activations, or partnership development.
- Strong background in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required for event schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Job Title: Temporary Contract Designer – Houston
Reports to: Creative Director
Job Description
The (Designer) is a mid-level creative professional who will assist the Creative Director in leading design projects and execution of design-related activities within the Spears Group. They are responsible for creating design solutions for the agency and its clients, as well helping to manage the design process and ensuring that products and deliverables are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality. Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design choices and visual impact of marketing campaigns, materials, products or publications. Designer will report directly to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of strategic creative campaigns across all marketing platforms and channels
- Develop visual style for identity and branding projects, advertising campaigns, publications, and other visual elements for the client
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative plans is on strategy and aligned with client expectations
- Ensure and provide high-level oversight of consistent branding direction to all visual elements of creative projects
- Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
- Must be able to concept big ideas and represent them visually
- Strong understanding of design principles, including type, layout, use of color, mechanical requirements, etc.
- Maintaining advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—with additional experience in basic video editing, content creation, and motion graphics.
- Maintaining proficiency in front-end WordPress development, Adobe XD, major email marketing platforms, and all social media platforms.
- Ability to think creatively to find innovative marketing solutions
- Develop and inspire in-house creative team as well as collaborate/manage creative freelancers and vendors as needed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
