Join our next cohort of Junior Associates! The Spring 2026 JA Program– a hybrid internship that blends time in our downtown New Orleans office with in-person collaboration alongside our award-winning marketing team–will run from January through May.
Each semester, we invite talented college students to gain real-world skills in our fast-paced agency environment. This paid internship provides professional growth, hands-on work with actual client projects, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to earn course credit.

Current Openings
The Account Services Junior Associate will work heavily with our award-winning Account Team to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for our clients. You’ll get mentorship and hands-on experience in market research, strategy development, PR writing and pitching, event planning, social media and more.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-starter and creative thinker, positive attitude and enthusiasm for collaborating with and learning from others, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage deadlines. Previous internship or work experience in PR or marketing is a plus.
Preferred Majors: Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
Requirements: Candidates must be available to work in the office at least two days per week, with a minimum of three consecutive hours per visit, scheduled around their school commitments.
The Creative Junior Associate will work heavily with our award-winning Creative Team to design compelling visual content for our clients. You’ll get mentorship and hands-on experience in the conceptual development and design of social media content, print and digital ads, presentations, marketing collateral and more.
Requirements: Design portfolio must be submitted with application to be considered.
Candidates must be available to work in the office at least two days per week, with a minimum of three consecutive hours per visit, scheduled around their school commitments.
Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, creative flair with a strong ability to translate requirements into design, ability to adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines, positive attitude and enthusiasm for collaborating with and learning from others. Previous internship or work experience is a plus.
Preferred Majors: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Arts or a related field.
The Finance & Operations Junior Associate will work heavily with our Finance & Operations Team to support agency functions and processes, as well as our event portfolio. You’ll get mentorship and hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, process improvement initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, event planning, customer service and more.
Requirements: Candidates must be available to work in the office at least two days per week, with a minimum of three consecutive hours per visit, scheduled around their school commitments.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized self-starter, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage deadlines. Previous leadership and/or project management experience in a professional or school setting is a plus.
Preferred Majors: Business, Finance, Human Resources, Hospitality or a related field.
The Events Operations Junior Associate will work heavily with our Events Team to help plan and execute our signature events, including but not limited the National Fried Chicken Festival, as well event-based client work. You’ll get mentorship and hands-on experience in day-to-day event operations, promotions and marketing, budgeting and forecasting, event planning, customer service and more.
Requirements: Candidates must be available to work in the office at least two days per week, with a minimum of three consecutive hours per visit, scheduled around their school commitments.
