Since 2022, The Spears Group has served as Agency of Record for the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (RTA), leading a performance-driven paid media strategy to modernize one of the Gulf South’s largest public transportation systems. We developed and executed an integrated media ecosystem spanning strategic media planning, paid search, digital advertising, out-of-home (OOH), influencer partnerships, creative consultation, and real-time analytics — driving rider engagement, increasing Le Pass mobile app adoption, and delivering measurable revenue growth. Through multi-year campaigns tied to key cultural moments like Mardi Gras, we educated riders, accelerated fare modernization efforts, and continuously optimized performance across commuter and tourist audiences. More than an awareness initiative, the campaign influenced rider behavior, strengthened public trust, and helped position RTA as a more connected, future-ready mobility network for New Orleans.
