Case Study: The National Fried Chicken Festival

Event Creation, Naming, Branding, Event Production, Publicity and PR, Creative Elements, Website Design and Development

Our flagship event started in 2016 as a simple phrase: “Everybody Loves Fried Chicken”. We focused on the food, the people who love the food, and the soul that surrounds us in New Orleans to create the ultimate festival experience that resonates from coast to coast.

In just two years, our team of event experts has grown the event into the largest, and most diverse food festival in Louisiana—a state that averages one festival every three days.

Increase the festival’s footprint by 500,000 square feet by relocating from Lafayette Square to Woldenberg Riverfront Park.

Expand the festival from one to two days to meet the demand of attendees.

Increase the number of vendors by including notable restaurants from around the nation.

Offer more activities and entertainment with the main stage for live music, a DJ stage, another stage for cooking demonstrations, a Football Fan Zone and a children’s area.

In just three years, the National Fried Chicken Festival presented by Raising Cane’s has become one of the country’s most beloved food festivals. It is attracting guests from across the country to contribute to New Orleans’ tourism economy. It provides a platform for great independently owned restaurants from across Louisiana and the country and it showcases southern culture across a diverse audience of festival attendees.
